This is a section that we would like to open to our customers. We want to post notes on any Rolf Binder or Veritas, Magpie Estate; name or initials of the taster; a score which can be a qualifying comment such as excellent, or a number out of 5, 10, 20 or 100; plus of course the tasting note with a final comment suggesting whether the wine needs more time, drinks well but will live for years, or should be consumed fairly soon. Use the form on the right as your guide. Naturally Christa and I will write notes from time to time as well. Please also note that during 2005 we began to phase out the name Veritas and moved to Rolf Binder Wines.
Veritas - Rolf Binder Hanisch Shiraz
The first vintage labelled as Hanisch was the 1991 although earlier wines under others names do exist. There was no release of the 2000.
This template will allow you to fill out your tasting note in an easy way. It is self explanatory though we do ask for your name and initials plus an email address to authenticate notes if required. If this systematic approach does not appeal write the note in your own manner and submit with your email address.
